garden views

Our fabulous beer garden offers unrivalled views towards St. Chad's church and the Peckforton Hills beyond. Listen to the Bell ringing practice every Monday night.

Relax with a cool drink from the bar and take in the vista across the Dee Valley to Farndon and its own own St. Chad's Church.

Child Friendly

garden pic

There's plenty to occupy the kids in our child friendly garden.

This includes a play area with tower, slide and climbing frame all in a fenced area with cushioned safety flooring.

The kids will love to check out our friendly rabbits - Marshmallow, Lollypop & Candyfloss. Let's hope there's no little additions in the spring! Little charmers... they're all supposed to be females - could have fooled me!!

Events

For a Christening or Family celebration, why not use our fabulous beer garden? Our marquee is also available to protect your guests from any unexpected summer showers.

We also provide BBQ facilities. Cook your own or book Phil to cook our delicious burgers, sausages and chops with all the trimmings.

O’r Coed

See part of the O’r Coed project at the Peal O’ Bells. O’r Coed is a project to promote the sustainable utilisation of woodland for economic use and to raise awareness in the landscapes, woodlands and parks in N. E. Wales.

Our items of furniture are the pixie chairs and table (pictured), and a solid oak table and bar stools inside the pub. For more info see Coetir Clwydand O’r Coed or check out our stunning book on our book shelf in the restaurant.
